Why Do My Lights Flicker At Home?

Has your home been known to be haunted? Just kidding! Really this is a common problem with an answer so simple we just had to put in a little jest in there. If nothing is wrong with the cord, the plug, or the table lamp (that is, considering it is ANY sort of lamp that’s flickering) then the next place to check would be your circuit breaker. A loose wire connecting to the circuit breaker panel can cause momentary pauses in electrical flow (and lights or appliances flicker all over the house.) If you’re not specifically handy, you might want to consider having a licensed electrician come and take a look at your home electrical. These little problems can sometimes be symptoms of much larger home wiring issues. It’s definitely something worth checking out.
