White glove delivery includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools). You can upgrade to white glove delivery on single sink vanities for $99. Most companies charge $200+ for this upgrade.

Once we receive your order, the first thing we do is double check the product listing on our website, and compare it to the manufacturer specifications. We do this to ensure there have been no changes to the product and that you will get exactly what you purchased. This step alone saves a lot of headaches.

We have a lot of customers that have never ordered furniture online, and the shipping process is not as simple as UPS delivering your Amazon order. Most large items will be delivered by a semi-truck.
