How To Paint A High Ceiling?

If you’ve moved into a new home or have decided your home needs a fresh coat of paint, you may find yourself wondering how to go about painting a tall ceiling. The best and safest way to paint this high of a surface is to use scaffolding. You may consider using an extension pole on your roller, but often times your results may be uneven as the amount of pressure you can apply is not as great as if you were up closer. Additionally, if you are painting a ceiling that is 12 feet high, you may find the pole to heavy and difficult to manage. Scaffolding can be rented and built up to any height you may need by adding sections together.  Just be sure to build the scaffolding correctly and use the proper fall protection and railings.
