Here is brief overview of your shipping options, which will be displayed in your cart at checkout based on the items in your shopping cart.
Free Curbside Delivery (7 -10 Days)
Curbside delivery uses LTL freight, which utilizes a semi- truck company. Please note, we provide residential delivery using this service, but we cannot guarantee inside delivery. They will schedule a delivery window of 4 hours, and someone needs to be at the delivery address to accept and thoroughly inspect the delivery. Please have additional help with you at delivery to properly receive and inspect your purchase when choosing this shipping option.
For smaller items, such as vanities that require assembly, vessel sinks, faucets and mirrors, we provide ground shipping using FedEx or UPS. These items will be delivered to your door with no signature required. It is your responsibility to inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery and notify us within 3 business days of any freight damage. Smaller items generally arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Free Upgrade to White Glove Delivery for Double Sink Vanities & $99 for Single Sink Vanities (7 - 10 Days)
We offer a FREE upgrade to white glove delivery for all qualified double sink bathroom vanities. If you order a double vanity, and any other items, your entire order will qualify for a free upgrade to white glove delivery. Qualified single sink vanities can upgrade to white glove delivery for an additional $99 per vanity. White glove delivery includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools).
Qualified Vanities: We offer some double and single sink vanities that ship out of Canada, and some that require light assembly. These vanities do not qualify for white glove delivery because they are shipped on carriers that do not offer white glove delivery.

The freight company will contact you to schedule delivery.
You must be present to accept delivery. To follow are instructions should you happen to have damage on your shipment. All our products are inspected prior to being shipped to ensure there is no damage before it leaves the warehouse.
Please make sure you inspect your product PRIOR to signing any papers for the delivery driver. If the delivery driver refuses to allow you to inspect the item, then simply write where you are asked to sign the shipper receipt, "Driver refused to allow inspection." Then sign. (This is your legal right.)
Defective Items: We take great pride and care in our product handling. However we still ask, for your protection to open your box immediately upon delivery, notify the delivery driver, if there is damage and make note immediately on the shipper receipt before signing anything. If there is un-repairable damage, refuse the delivery and call us immediately. (Counter tops cannot be replaced, therefore cracked or broken tops are un-repairable.)
